Betsson Group and GoldenRace have formed a relationship that will focus on Greece, with GoldenRace providing the operator with its virtual sports product.
As the sole virtual sports supplier for the Greek market of the Swedish international gaming firm, GoldenRace has strengthened its position in the newly regulated industry. The business, which obtained a licence from the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) last year, will supply Betsson with its virtual sports and games via an aggregator platform.
“The Greek gambling market is growing fast and offers exciting opportunities,” commented Martin Wachter, GoldenRace CEO and Founder. “We knew that when we first started operations in the country, and it is amazing to join forces with Betsson, to keep offering Greek players our leading virtuals.” This is GoldenRace's second such arrangement in as many months, after a collaboration signed in April with Spanish online betting and casino operator Paston.es. The pact expands GoldenRace's position on the Greek market. Betsson, meantime, is expanding its service on the Greek market, having made its operational debut in the nation last year after getting a licence from the HGC in June. Betsson Greece Managing Director Thanos Marinos and Group Chief Commercial Officer Ronni Hartvig told SBC News immediately after the company's market launch that the Greek betting market could "substantially add to our entire business." Commenting on Betsson’s incorporation of GoldenRace products, Marinos remarked: “At Betsson, we are always listening to our customers’ needs and wants and we constantly strive to provide the very best entertainment to our clients. “Bringing in new and fresh content is a big part of what we do, and I would like to welcome GoldenRace to our product portfolio, which I am sure our customers will find as a great addition to our existing offering.” By fLEXI tEAM
