Bank of Cyprus has confirmed the schedule for reviewing its audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, alongside publishing an updated financial calendar for 2026 that outlines key reporting and shareholder-related dates. The bank stated that its board of directors will meet on March 30, 2026, to assess the audited financial statements of the Bank of Cyprus Group, marking a critical step ahead of the official disclosure of results.

According to the announcement, the audited financial results will be released on March 31, 2026 before the opening of trading, with simultaneous disclosure to the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange. The bank also confirmed that the final financial results for the 2025 fiscal year, together with the annual financial report for 2025, will be published on the same date, reflecting a revised timeline for their release.

Looking ahead, the updated calendar details that the first-quarter 2026 financial results, along with an analysts’ briefing, are scheduled for May 11, 2026. Shortly thereafter, the bank’s annual general meeting will take place on May 15, 2026, during which shareholders will deliberate on significant matters, including the approval of dividends.

Subject to shareholder consent at the annual general meeting, the ex-dividend date has been set for May 25, 2026, followed by the dividend record date on May 26, 2026, which will determine the shareholders eligible to receive the payout. The bank indicated that the dividend payment is planned for June 24, 2026, contingent upon approval of the proposed final dividend for the 2025 financial year.

The financial calendar further outlines that the first-half 2026 financial results and analysts’ briefing will be held on August 3, 2026, while the nine-month results will follow later in the year. Specifically, the nine-month 2026 financial results and corresponding analysts’ briefing are scheduled for November 9, 2026, effectively completing the bank’s reporting cycle for the year.

The bank emphasized that all financial results announcements will be issued prior to the commencement of trading on both the Athens and Cyprus stock exchanges, ensuring that investors receive timely information. It also noted that analysts’ briefings will be conducted later on the same day as each results announcement, offering additional insights into the bank’s financial performance.

Finally, Bank of Cyprus clarified that it retains the flexibility to revise any of the announced dates if necessary, with any such changes to be communicated promptly to the public. It also reiterated that all dividend-related dates remain conditional upon shareholder approval, with further specifics expected to be outlined in the notice for the upcoming annual general meeting.
