OFAC Sanctions Xinbi Guarantee Over Multibillion-Dollar Criminal Marketplace
The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has sanctioned Xinbi Guarantee, a Chinese-language online marketplace that US authorities say has been used extensively to support cyber scams, fraud, money laundering and other criminal activity targeting Americans.
